Vivola Express is a family-operated deli that provides savory custom-made sandwiches to its customers. We got our start in 2001 when Steve & Mary Kay Lauck decided to open up the shop. We named it after Steve's mother, Rose Vivola.
Joey and Brett joined the team in 2008 and have since become integral parts of the operation.
Vivola has become a top favorite of local STL magazines, social media food critics, and everyone that's tried one of their sandwiches.
The quality of our ingredients and the attention we pay to every detail is apparent in every sandwich we serve.
